I have put together a six week wellness program for women that I can’t wait to share with my first fabulous women – one of those women could be you! This program will help move you from stuck, exhausted, demotivated and overwhelmed, to energised, inspired, calm, empowered and thriving.

Here’s a BRIEF outline of the program;

Week one – Goal Setting, Pillars of Wellbeing, Pillars of Self-Care

Week two – Wellness Wheel, Values

Week three – Beliefs, Self-Care, Resilience

Week four – Menopause, Strengths

Week five – Emotions

Week six – Power Word, Creativity, Next Steps

Within these six weeks we will also cover wellbeing in midlife, finding direction, creating habits and boundaries, how to create the life you want as well as movement, mindfulness, sleep & nutrition.

It’s time to focus on you!

The program starts on Wednesday 17th April, 7pm to 8.30pm.

The first session will be in person. Weeks 2-5 will be online, with the final week in person. (Wednesday 22nd May). I’ll be hosting sessions 1 & 6 at my house!

I’d love to share this program with as many amazing women as I can, so if getting to Exeter for the in-person sessions doesn’t work, thats cool! Just let me know!

To book your place a £50 deposit is required. The balance of £165 to be paid by 15th April. I am also offering you an optional one to one coaching session at a reduced rate of £65. (Total investment £215).

I’ve also got carried away and created (what I think) is a gorgeous workbook for you to take notes and keep close for inspiration throughout and beyond the course! Can you tell I’m excited?
