A vision board is a powerful, creative and playful tool. It is a place for you to take the time to dream freely, to really discover what you desire in your life and to empower you to create the life you want to live.
You will create a board of images, personal to you and your dreams, that evoke feelings of living your best life. It is a thought provoking process that can leave you feeling focused, excited and clear on your vision for the future. If you are feeling stuck in an area of your life, then maybe I can help.

The Dare to DeclareTM way of vision boarding is unique, because it teaches you how to use the vision board once the workshop is over.
The process includes and explains The Law of Attraction and Neuroscience. It is about releasing your brain’s potential to help guide you to your true happiness. I will support and guide you through this six hour workshop, all you need to do is give yourself the gift of time, be playful and open hearted. Learn to live an intentional life with gratitude and kindness.
Vision Boards and Coaching compliment each other well. Creating your board along side your setting goals, and deciding your path can help cement these plans, and help you take action towards the life you want. Check out my Create coaching package if this interests you.

The Workshops

In Person Workshop
You are invited to join me for a “perfectly formed” Vision Board Experience. This three hour workshop will give you time to dream, vision and create the life you desire! Everything you need to create your board will be provided. You are welcome to bring a selection of your own magazines if you wish. We will gently challenge your limiting beliefs, encourage you to dream big and then declare how you will help your dreams manifest!

Online Workshop
This six hour workshop takes place from the comfort of your own home. The first two hours will consist of time together. Then you will have time to create your board before coming back together to share and declare your board. I’ll be on hand throughout the day to guide you. It’s also a great excuse to grab some friends and create your boards together. All you need is six clear hours, with little distraction! The board used to create your vision board will be sent to you prior to the workshop, along with a few added extras. Magazines can also be provided on request.
