So much to offer.

There is no doubt Amy’s mindfulness and yoga services feel like a life saver for me!
I currently use her yoga library service which I find very flexible to be able to get on the mat anytime/anywhere.
Also I have done a couple of all day retreats, and making time for myself in this way feels empowering.
I do regular wellbeing check in chats too and always find Amy very constructive and helpful.
I feel very grateful to have all these opportunities at my disposal and regularly tell her she is a hero!
I would recommend her services to anyone. Go for it, you have nothing to lose!

Wellness Coaching Testimonial

Having met Amy through Yoga, I jumped at a chance to explore "Wellness Practices" - I had never done anything like it before and to add a little background....

I'd lost my parents within 30 days of each other and less than a year later we were into a pandemic, with isolation, working, supporting my son through redundancy, and coping with anxiety ...... I appreciate lots of people were/are going through similar daily struggles, each one of us has a different journey through and Amy helps me through mine.

Amy and I meet and go for long (socially distanced) walks into the countryside where I started to open up and talk about how I was feeling and coping, this was a new concept to me, I'd always be the one who dealt with everything calmly. Through our walks and talks, Amy listened and gave tips on how I could change my thought processes, gave me coping strategies and most of all, gave me the tools to take care of me and helped me recognise my own self-worth.

I cannot thank Amy enough for how she has helped me and for her kindness.

Thank you Celia. You done amazingly well, all credit to you. And didn’t we see some beautiful mornings! See you at a retreat soon!

Wellness Day Retreat

This Wellness retreat came at the right time for me. I reconnected with me. It was a day of slowing down, connecting with me. No distractions from daily life. Yoga, journalling, laughing, and walking refreshed the spirit. When I left, I felt I had been on a little holiday: grounded and rejuvenated.
Amy can make you ‘aware’ in a positive way. Providing realistic tips that I have applied to my weekly routine. Completing the Wheel of Wellness was a real eye- opener of the simple changes I can apply to my life. Looking forward to booking another retreat.

Wellness Coaching with Amy

I came to Amy, who had been recommended to me, in a very distressed state with the hope she could help with all the negativity around me. She let me talk and cry. At the end of each session she gave me positive things to do and think ( my homework, we called it) I would highly recommend her and I personally wouldn’t hesitate in contacting her again if it was necessary.

Corporate Yoga

Amy’s yoga was well received by our employees and was particularly appreciated during the pandemic. The monthly timetable offers sessions at various times throughout the week to fit around most work schedules and the recent introduction of the 24/7 yoga library provides access to a range of sessions on demand. Welcoming yoga

I have struggled to find a yoga class that was “doable”. As a plus size lady I was put off by going to classes where expectations were too high or the yoga teacher wasn’t attentive. Amy’s classes are adaptable for all abilities and I can honestly say I feel totally comfortable in her company. Amy is a very special lady who will only enhance your life for the better just knowing her

Vision Board Workshop

This was my first time of attending a Vision Board workshop and was initially a little apprehensive, however the communication with Amy prior to the event and immediately on arrival completely reassured me that this would be a safe space in which to learn about Vision Boarding. The pace of the day set the tone to enable space and peace to be able to open my mind to the Vision Board process. The setting and the group was perfect. Amy is very knowledgable and I particularly enjoyed learning about the theory behind Vision Boarding prior to completing my own Vision Board. I was really delighted to have the chance to press a pause button from my daily life, to stop and address where I am and where I am going in my life and life choices. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone!

An excellent start to yoga!

I've been meaning to start yoga for ages, but was worried it just 'wasn't me'. So to ease into things, I had several one-to-one yoga sessions with Amy before joining her class. Now I'm going every week and am really feeling the benefits: both moving better physically as well as coping with those little everyday challenges in a calmer & more confident way. Huge thanks!
