Welcome
On my walk this morning I had a strong sense of change being literally in the air, a slight chill, but so fresh. Autumn is coming. The discarded husks of beech nuts on the paths, the spiky casing of the sweet chestnuts on the trees, and the berries ripening in the hedgerows.
Autumn invites into a time of abundance, gratitude, to go inwards, to begin to slow down and to shed and release. The Autumn Equinox is often referred to as the second harvest – an abundance of what has been grown, not just traditionally in the orchards, in the fields but also within ourselves. It is a time when the trees shed their leaves, no longer needed, and when nature starts to slow down and turn inwards in preparation for the darker months. Its the same invitation for us – using nature as our guide.
Here’s a lovely ritual I came across to celebrate the Autumn Equinox. Collect fallen leaves and on them write the things you are ready to let go of. Then simply cast them into the wind, or float them down a river or stream.
We are of course at the start of a new gorgeous season. You can join for the Season £33. Or join month by month £13pm. Please do let me know your preference so I can update your membership.

I like this time of the year with the colour of the leaves, so i love the idea of collecting them and letting them go.
Love this Jenny. I have a tree in my garden that is literally pink with the leaves, they turned red within a week and now just pink. I love it
