Move & Flow

Post run sequence

This sequence is written with runners in mind! But of course anyone can do it! Make sure you build in time for relaxation/savasana at the end! Apologies from the different angle!

Ten Minutes on the Mat #3

This is a toughy! Downward Dog to plank to side plank and repeat! I did give you a little Childs Pose in there too!

Mini Flows

This 10 minutes sequence includes mini flows. Lots of nourishing movement for the body mind and spirit. We finish this sequence in Childs pose. So take Savasana in your own time if you wish.

Mini Core Sequence – 20 mins

This sequence is full of core movements and postures. Remember to let the breath flow steady. You will need you timer for Savasana. Set your watch for a length of time to suit you and enjoy!

Thirty Series – Part 24

One of my favourite sequences. It’s full of nourishing postures! Keep your eyes closed, breath and move. You will also need your timer for Savasana. Stay as long as you wish.

Mini Movement Sequence

It was about time for a new short and sweet sequence. Lots of lovely movement for morning, noon or night!

Monday Movement

13 minutes of movement. You can do this on any day of the week (I just recorded it on a Monday!). A short and sweet sequence of movement. Step away from your desk and press play!

Thirty Series – Part 14

It’s all about the shoulders in this sequence. Taking the shoulders through lots of different movements! See which ones feel great for you! Remember to stay within your limits, not pushing through pain! Enjoy this one; I think its a nice one!

Thirty Series Part 12

A slightly more dynamic sequence with lots of sun salutations and variety! Make sure you have a timer for Savasana. I will lead you into Savasana and let you set a timer for 5, 10, 15 minutes! You choose! Treat yourself.

Just Move

15 minutes. A short movement sequence for first thing in the morning or the middle of the day! Just move and breathe.

Thirty Series Part 7

In part seven we revisit Sun Salutations. A variety of sequences to flow through and increase the heart rate a little! There is always savasana at the end don’t forget!

Thirty Series Part 6

33 minutes
Focusing on the shoulders and some balancing in this sequence. Eagle arms, Warrior 3 and Pyramid pose. Remember it’s ok to hold on to something in your balance if you need to!

Thirty Series Part 5

28 minutes
Set your timer for this one! I leave you in savasana at the end of this sequence, so once we go into savasana set your timer for as long as you can allow yourself. Find stillness and calm for as long as you can.

Thirty Series Part 4

We start lying down in this sequence – if you want to stay here for the whole 30 minutes, do! It’s still yoga! Otherwise we move through some Warrior poses. Your balance is lovely Warrior 3.

Thirty Series Part 3

32 minutes
A few more twists for you to enjoy. Remember to breathe in as deep as you can, lengthening the spine; pressing gently into the sit bones and reaching up through the crown of the head. Exhaling, and softening into the pose. Nourish your body with the twists.

Thirty Series Part 1

32 minutes
This sequence reintroduces you to sun salutes and tree pose. Reminding you of what to be aware of in your postures.

Warrior Movement

14 minutes
A shorter sequel to move your body through some Warrior poses. Taking time for yourself.

Post Run

18 minutes
This is a great sequence post run or just a nice 18minutes session to stretch your body.

Sun Salutations

10 minutes
Sun Salutations are a lovely way to move the body through many ranges of movement. Start or end the day with this sequence; or take time away from your desk and breath and move!

Prepare for Sleep

15 minutes
A short sequence to help you prepare for sleep.

Midday Movement

15 minutes
Take time to step away from your desk and move your body.

Morning Movement
