Day 4 – Water

Weird one I know! Water in all its forms is good for my self care.

The sea – just watching it, whether it’s wild and rough or millpond flat. It’s calming and good for the soul.

A bath – relaxing, soothing, warming. A bath is medicine for a host of things! As well as just a good wash!!

A drink – a glass of water or the recommended 2-3 litres of daily water. I know when I haven’t drunk enough. I feel rubbish; lethargic and a little anxious! Has to be still water though….none of the sparkling malarkey!
